- Become more physically and mentally challenging.

Phase III - Team Building on the High Ropes Focus on elements that contain a higher risk factor such as climbing, repelling, and problem solving off the ground.
- Taught at our Tennessee site.
- Requires learning safety techniques prior to engaging in team building challenges.
- Build on Phase I and II so participant reaches new levels of individual and team accomplishments while focusing on the interdependence team member's share with each other and groups.
- Can combine with specific issues as part of effectively transferring learning back to the organization.
- Challenges include:
- Zip Line
- Repelling
- Perceived High Risk
- "High Ropes" Course
- Rock Climbing
- Individual Growth
Phase IV - Specialized Team Building
- More advanced challenges for teams completing earlier phases.
- Focus on solving challenging problems.
- Rely heavily on team member strengths and working closely together to accomplish goals.
- This phase is individually designed for each organization.
