LEADERSHIP

The effectiveness of work groups depends on how well the relationships within the group are managed. The effectiveness of the organization depends on how well the interrelationships between the work groups are managed. As organizations move toward a more participative approach to management it becomes increasingly important to understand the impact of work groups and how to effectively lead these groups. This program is designed to explore the issues of leadership within the work group and to improve the participant's leadership capabilities.

OBJECTIVES


APPROPRIATE FOR: All employees with leadership or supervisory responsibilities within work groups.
