This program is designed specifically to introduce team members to the concepts of producing a quality product or service. It is a foundational course to other concepts such as customer service and continuous improvement. This program establishes a working definition of quality while at the same time incorporates your company's quality policy into the focus of the course.

- Learn a definition of Quality.
- Learn how quality affects relationships with customers.
- Learn how quality is measured.
- Practice using 3 essential quality tools.

METHODS
- Use of handouts, overhead transparencies, flip charts, and case studies.
- Lecturette, simulations and practice sessions will be used.
