Their success in dealing with these issues will ultimately determine their individual and their corporate success. This session examines how one approaches these concerns and how one might determine whether a concern they are facing is a problem to be solved, a decision to be made, or a plan to be protected. Participants are encouraged to bring issues from their workplace to use as practical examples in class discussion.
