In the current environment, where change is a constant, management needs to understand how to predict and shape any change's effect on the workforce. Most often cultural change fails because an organization does not effectively get its people into transition. This course helps supervisors and employees alike understand the need for change and the stages that allow healthy change to take place.
OBJECTIVES
- Understand the difference between the processes of change and transition.
- Be able to identify the phases employees go through during a cultural shift.
- Provide strategies for moving yourself and others through change.
- Provide the opportunity for self-assessment regarding natural inclinations in handling change.

DURATION: Four hours
METHODS
- Lecturettes, group discussions, experiential exercises, simulations, instrumented learning will be used to deliver content
- Overheads, workbooks, flip charts, and videos are mediums that will be used
RESULTS
- Employees will be less frightened about expected changes
- Employees will feel and take greater responsibility for the changes that will occur
- Employees will have strategies to increase their effectiveness at handling change and transition
